Is Gameduell messing with me?

Hi fellow MyLotters! I+ve been having some problems lately. Do any of you know Gameduell? (for those who don't, it's a site where you can play games and earn money doing so) I've been a member for a long time and up until now I never had any trouble with them... until recently. I've been trying to log in to my account for several days now but to no avail; the site keeps telling me I'm using the wrong username and/or password, even though I've checked and double checked in case I had mispelled something, yet I still can't log in. I've sent 3 help tickets to customer support already (over the course of about 2 weeks) and I still have to receive any reply. I checked around a little on the internet and it seems that many, many people are really unhappy with Gameduell, that they close accounts for no reason or falsely accuse you of cheating. I never had any problem with them though (in fact, I've gotten several payments from them!) until now. I didn't really have much money in my account (less than 2€), but it still irks me that I can't do anything about it. So, I was just wondering if any of you have had similar trouble with this site? Or, what kind of experiences have you had with Gameduell in general? Thank you in advance for your replies!
