How many hours to spend on the internet?

My average is from 5 to 6 hours a day, I know that it's not healthy but I can't help it , I love interacting with people as well as searching for information, and you what do you think?

Of course this is not a good for us.we have to get some option for it.i have work with computer 17 hours per day. I have so frightened of my eyes .in my opinion you must use spectacles while you working with your computer .that is the best way to save your eyes..

First, thank you for commenting, I agree that we must protect our eyes from the computer cause as long as we stay in front of it all day we can get a serious eye disease from it

When I work in the office, I don't spend much time on the Internet, but when it is my leisure time at home, I spend a few hours on the Internet for interacting with people. My average hours varies from four to five hours, but if it is my weekends, I spend more hours like ten hours on the Internet. Take care.
