i don't think it would work if i try to look for real job. making your own business would be the best option for the times we are in. i think it is much harder now to be an employee compared to before. the working condition and the demand now is much different a decade ago. now every thing seems to be online and opportunities are more more onlnie. So I would look for opportunity with starting business with the use of internet also.

If you are really looking to start a serious business, that definitely constitutes a "real" job. Owning your own business can mean long hours and a lot of hard work. Of course, just how long of hours and how much hard work depends on the sort of business you are looking to start.

My husband and I are also thinking of putting our own business.Online business can be profitable if you know the ins and outs. It is also important to do a survey or a feasibility study before venturing to business. Goodluck!

You are so right about the demad of being an employee nowadays. I worked for a company for 8 years before and I watched how it grows and become greedier on the coming years. When I started from that company, all target for our products are easy and we can do it really easy and proper. When they started hiring for productions managers and other staffs who had no experience on the process, it became every worker's burden.
More chances that you will be more successful on your own business than being a regular employee. Goodluck to you.

Opening your own business has a lot of rewards. But there are a lot of things to consider as well. Not everyone is suited to being their own boss. You must be self-motivated and self-disciplined to ensure everything gets done that needs to be. If you aren't one that can self-impose deadlines and then make yourself stick to them, being the boss isn't for you. Opening your own business isn't as easy as it sounds. We hear about all the companies that hit it big and the founder goes on to great wealth and fame. It sounds great. I'll just open a business and do that too! Except we don't hear about the far larger number of companies that fail. The huge number of people that start companies and lose everything because of it. The tremendous amount of hard work involved. If you're one of those that makes it, one of the even fewer that hit it big, and you're willing to work very hard and long hours, self-employment is wonderful.

Work is hard everywhere. Whether it be working in an office or doing ur own business. Nothing is easy. People think its easy to run a business . Its not. The initial years are so tough that many repent for having put his/her finger into something for which she/he is not temperamentally suited. But once established there is nothing more like business that makes life easy

I would agree in a way but the trouble with starting your own company is that you rely on your revenue to survive so if you have a bad few months you could be in a lot of trouble while working for someone else you have a set income. But if your company does well you earn a good chunk more. Do you have enough capital saved to ensure you are able to survive for the first few months while you get things started? Also do you have capital to get the company started?
Best of Luck!

It depends.. I thought the same thing a few years ago. So I opened my internet cafe. i make enough to pay the bills, but thats it. I guess it depends on what kind of business you open. Good luck to you.
