It's really hard to start a business. I know that there are people who borrows from banks to start their own business. What I did was I worked for almost 10 years to companies and saved my hard earned money. It will be hard to star your own business if you do not have money to start with. I don't have employees then. I was the one doing all the work and it took me a year to finally hire someone. If you really want to achieve something, you have to work hard and it's not going to be a walk in the park.

A great start is to have a business (Micro-Business) that has a potential to grow big. This business usually requires you minimal capital. With the help of your team, you can really achieve your goals and dreams. If you can do it now, why wait for long years to start your own. You just need a correct mindset, goal, right attitude, right company, right partners; everything follows.

The key to any business is to have a network. You should try to enlarge your network and make the connections in the area of business that you are trying to do. If you are selling a product you will need the capital to produce those orders. You can either request the customer to pay up front or if you are dealing business to business you may need to give your product on a good-faith type system.

Totally agree with you ,start your own business is hard ,especially when you have nothing ,also people around you are looking at you .
Once you began ,easy to do ,hard to insist on .We need all the spirits that right for a career .
Although i have a network ,but in the 21centery ,almost everyone got this. What we need is have a great idea creat your own business .
Nothing is easy until you finally have sense of victory .I think i should update my information and keep on trying .Am i right ?

I think that one should follow their dreams in life and seek to achieve them. Its great to have a business idea but is the capital adequate? Have you done enough market research to support your venture? I believe that working for others is not a bad idea at all; it is from this working environment that we build a network which might result to a firm customer base in the business started; you are able to make money of which you can save to form your capital; you get distinct views of what may and may not work for your intended business- i believe you might have shared your business idea with one or two colleagues who offered you feedback; you might be lucky to get pace setters within the working environment as well.
Yes starting a business is hard, and lack of capital makes it even harder. Have you thought of friends and family who can fund your initiative? Or explored credit facilities within your area for financial support? However, be encouraged you are on the right path to creating a job for yourself and probably several others in the future. Just seek information and be armed in order to succeed.

Maybe u should work for few more years to gain experiences and customers as well. Do not take risk if u're not ready yet. However, it depends on many aspects too. Example, what kind of business are u doing? So, think carefully before u start. It's just my own opinions anyway. Good luck.=)

hi I've been self-employed, managing my own business for 5 yrs already. I am BSTourism graduate from a respected school here in Manila, and also been in five star Hotel for 3 yrs, Then, Reservation Officer for a year and lastly, Sec. to Councilor of City of Manila. I've been in the circle of good job, then one day I found my self managing my own business. It was all started when I had this 2nd baby and it's true, your earning but for the benefit of the company but not your self, then you have this nanny for your baby for taking care of them and in the end you had only for an allowance for going again and again to work. Start by a mini grocery, though it's a small earning but it will be a good start then, try adding more and more soon.

Starting a business can be a hobby, fun, hard, risky, and etc... You should really think on what you want your business to be. The business plan should also focus on the industry in 5-10-20 years from now. If you think you can be successful doing that business go ahead and do it. Believe in yourself will also make your business successful. You will not be lucky if you become a millionaire starting your business because you will work hard for it. Good luck and i want to hear from you

i agree i dont think that i like to work for my boss and would love to start my own business but it is a risky move but if it pays off you could be rewarded it brilliantly. Its hard because you have to have the money to start off and the desire to take risks and work hard but keep at i hope it pays off. Maybe if you go to the bank they could give you some advice.

Starting a business is never easy. The question is are you enjoying whatever business you do right now? Because if you say yes, you must pursue it and if you really are you'll just keep on working on it no matter what. Time and patience is what you need right now, since you said that you can borrow money from your family it means that you are on it. You can also borrow money from banks but most of the time its risky plus the big interest. As of now I think you still need to build a good reputation and good relationship with your clients. If other people will hear about your business with good production they might recommend more and more clients on you. Save every time you earn, open a bank account for the business you plan so you won't have to borrow money from other people.
You could be lucky,I know! You're not the only one who tried doing, most of them have succeed in their own business that started from scratch. If they do you can also do too! Good Luck!
