I remember, I started watching simpsons when I was in kindergarten. Its fun to watch though I can't understand much before coz I was so little. I even got a simpson school bag in pink. And now, I'm a mother I'm still watchin this cartoon. It never gets old for me, still laughing to their jokes.

I just saw a Simpsons episode last night. It was great fun. I used to watch in the late 90's then Sunday night football and other shows lured me away. It is so great they have lasted this long.

The Simpsons was meant as an adult cartoon. And it's not as risque as Family Guy. When it comes to cartoons with adult appeal, I wish they were still making Ren and Stimpy.

I've also watched the simpsons since I was pretty young. I don't grow tired with this show like I do some others. Even similar shows from the same creator are not the same to me as the simpsons. I enjoyed the movie and I don't know if there is another one out yet? I would watch it if it were.

Oh boy good times good times. The simpsons never get old although every time it came on my mom would always make me change the channel, it was only when I got older I understood why lololololol. I'm older now and like you said the jokes never seem to get old to me and I just sit there and laugh my butt of when I've had a hard day at work you know.

I confess even at my age of 41 I still love the Simpsons, are they still making new episodes? Whenever I catch one it's always a different episode. I even remember the song released in 1991. Do The Bartman! The Simpsons has been going for years and will continue for many many years to come.

I'll admit the few episodes I have watched really do look at what is happening around us. The show has moved forward and that is one problem other shows aren't addressing today. Its hard to believe how many years this show has aired already.

Good evening,
I can't say that The Simpson's actually does anything for me personally..... BUT.... my younger children love the show and always disapear at 6pm upstairs to watch the show, keeps them quite, although you can hear them laughing at the funny bits in the show. I don't mind them watching the show as it keeps them happy. This has become a daily habit since they have had their own telly's in there bedrooms. The show is on while we want to watch the news on the other channel.
On the day there older brother goes ot football training and him and hubby are out I let them watch the show downstairs so I'm not sitting downstairs on my own. So I don't mind watching it once in a while.
Plus they could want to watch something worse. Its good that The Simpson's is a show that many people can grow up with, I still remeber many good shows that I grew up with with .... some my parents didn't really like either.

So true despite the length of time the programme has been going it definitely hasn't got old. This is because the show is continually changing in order to be current. The fact that the stories are based on current affairs keeps the storylines fresh and stops the same storylines being repeated all the time.I am sure that the Simpsons will continue to stay as funny and remain as popular for a while to come.I would have to say the Simpsons is one of my favourite shows and is definitely my favourite cartoons in my opinion it's much better than shows like family guy.

I agree with you... I never get tired of cartoons here. I turn them on in my cage about 7 am every morning here. They are great. Tom and jerry is my favorite here...
