How far hard Gelatin Capsule is better than a soft Gel capsule?

i've heard that soft gel capsules aren't good for the kidneys, though.

The hard gel capsules, because they are so thin, are easier for your body to digest. So, the vitamins or medicine get into your blood stream more rapidly.
