Hey guys! I'm finding ways to whitening my teeth naturally at home instead of going to see doctors and have treatment. I search it online and found out quite a lot of ways to do. I found out people saying eat crunchy food or fruits such as apples, carrots, pears, and a lot more. Or eat strawberries too! Sad thing is in my country, there's no strawberry here since the weather is not suitable for it to grow. Besides, I found out that people saying using baking soda with something I forgot, to make my own toothpaste. After using regular toothpaste to brush, then use the toothpaste which is created by baking soda mix with something. But they say do not use it so often because of the baking soda. I'm actually wondering, is it really work? And I feel that it isn't a good idea to brush teeth with toothpaste made of baking soda. I have no idea but have a bad feeling on using baking soda to brush my teeth. Is there any other way? Moreover, I heard people saying using banana skin where the white one inside one to place it at your teeth for 15 minutes or more for the teeth to suck in the mineral or something on that banana skin. So, actually, do MyLotters have any idea about whitening teeth naturally at home and also safely? And most of all, it do work for sure. Please do suggest me some way. Thank you!

I think the common natural teeth whitener is Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide… Local folks here in my place use this method and is definitely proven to whiten their teeth back in the days where toothpaste wasn’t that much of a craze for teeth whitening, they use Baking Soda preparing it in a paste-like and mixed with some salt and water. Baking Soda also acts as a bleaching and cleaning agent so definitely it will make your teeth white. With regular use, you will notice in 1 week its changes. Also, you can use the same method but instead of water, you can use hydrogen peroxide this useful and versatile substance is employed as an antiseptic, disinfectant. If you are afraid to experiment in such cleaning agents, then you can use some natural toothpaste commonly known as “Organic Products” there are some organic product toothpaste on the market which has Aloe Vera and other natural cleaning agents that helps you whiten your teeth and strengthen your gums.

Wow! Thanks for the information! Well, I do afraid on using baking soda and mix with things to make my own toothpaste. Even though many people prove it, but I am still afraid that they might have side effect. Probably I should search for the toothpaste that you say that contain organic products like Aloe Vera. Hopefully it works since I heard Aloe Vera is a good cure of anything!

Maybe the problem for me on getting yellow teeth might be not drinking too much of water. I wanted to know how to make myself addict to water and drink it everyday over one bottle of water. But I seldom did drink that much. I can even not drinking it for the whole day except after breakfast, lunch, dinner and after I ate junk food. I even brush my teeth day and night. But it still turn yellow. That is why I wanted to whitening it even I am at home.

Owh. About the banana, you are not going to use it and brush your teeth. But, you are using the inner portions of the banana skin and stick it on your teeth. This way, it let your teeth to absorb the banana fiber in the inner portions of the banana skin to whiten your teeth. But, it is very sticky though since I tried it once. And after you take the banana skin off your teeth, you felt very uncomfortable because of the stickiness of the banana skin. Not really a good way though. Well, I'm glad this discussion do help you out! Hopefully it really works on you guys! Good luck!

I have not heard any natural ways of whitening one's teeth. I would advise to not try everything you found on the internet as you cannot be sure of whether it is really working and if it has any side effects on your teeth. As for the banana skin, I guess we can try that one. It sounded to be quite safe and it is quite easy to get a banana.
