An investigation on different medical services / myLot

I'm from China. The medical services are bad here. Even a cough could cost you a lot of money. And the worst is you should queue for a long row to see the doctor, and he just asks very simple questions of you and gives the changeless can-guessed prescription. And that always only takes you 5 minutes despite you have waitted for 30 minutes. Hospitals are just commercial institutions. Doctors treat you like lifeless corpse. How's your country's situation?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well it is very disappointing to hear about the medical condition of a country which is being touted as the future super power country. I think the medical sector is always the most neglected sector and i think this sector should always be taken care of. It is too bad that people have to toil hard for their check up and i hope the Govt comes up with a good law that will regulate the policies concerning health sector. What say?

thanks for your reply, but what i really want to know is other countries'. i can not imagine India with so large population has perfect policies already.
