Great Life Celebration

Life, they say, is meant for celebration. And it is easy to celebrate life in a Great way. It is not by driving the most expensive car on earth. Not even by building castles in the air. Don't be deceived it is by dating the most beautiful women and handsome men on earth that is enjoyment in life; Not even by visiting the most expensive hotels in the world. NO! the spots are uncountable. The easiest way to have you celebrate your life in grand style is by simple operation of lifestyle. You make friends with your immediate neighbors and beyond, after all charity begins at home. One of my friends once told me Sam, it is good to be good. Some thugs were contracted by a political rival to pick him (my friend) up, beat him and cough out his life - if my friend resisted. When he was taken to their dungeon, the gang leader asked his members 'What! Is it this good man that we were asked to kill? No. It can't happen'. And they set him free. Yes just because this is a good man who helped people to become rich. Others he made them become educated. To others he settled their hospital bills, while others he gave them food and clothes. What else? You live a great life to celebrate after these good deeds. What about you and me?

Good, but one should remember, at the end of the day you sit down and watch, listen to other peoples comments about you - shout HURRAY! when you hear people count your blessings one-by-one.

oh yes, that comes with the reflection of how you did for a day. Do you do that Sam? Do you reflect on the day's activity?

Hi Sam! You have just shared a lesson which everyone should learn about. For me, I would be happy if I am being given a chance to do good things in a day. When I extend my help in one way or another, I would be thankful that I was given an opportunity to help which does not happen all the time. Having all the riches in this world is not a guarantee that we will be happy. What is important is that we are trying our best to share every blessings that we received especially to the less fortunate. Have a nice day!

Thank you very much for your response, sounds quite willing. Opportunities abound, one doesn't need waiting for them to come. From your family, immediate home, siblings, the school, in the church or prayer group, on the street and many more. Keep it up.

You certainly have a great point of view on life and I believe that because of this, you will certainly live happily and satisfied. Life is all about how you see things and how you see others. To some money is happiness and to other service to mankind and helping others is the thing that brings forth the most happiness . Well, I am not saying that I am satisfied with my life. I have dreams to fulfill and for every step I get close to that dream, I am happy. I have also shared my time on service and yes, I was very much fulfilled. But life goes on, I continue to live and struggle and when I am sad, I just say to myself... This is part of life. You can never be happy when you have not felt any sadness. You can never really enjoy, when you have not been bored. This is life and that best thing to do is live life to the fullest...

Quite a great response. You see, just as you mentioned, some people are happy whenever they cause some other people to anger. All the same, the general notion is that comments passed by some persons about your behaviour towards fellow man is very important. These comments determine whether or not you are good and promotable.

Definitely, yes! Some people don't know that. They misbehave, thinking the world ends at their feet. They forget to understand that after them their children or siblings live - nemesis will surely catch up with them.

We can have all the good life here on earth. However, what is seen is temporal. How about what is unseen? What is life after here on earth? What about salvation? There are things in life that are permanent and these are eternal and with God. God Bless

Last Sunday I was out in the morning for my walk. As I negotiated the traffic on way although not much, I spotted a beggar sitting on the roadside quietly. Now beggars disturb my mind because of my basic empathetic nature. They make me feel helpless. As usual I decided to give him a rupee quietly and walk on. When I actually started taking out the change I found I reached for a ten rupee note instead. As I passed by after handing it over I quietly prayed .........." GOD I thank you today for blessing me with the ability to GIVE" AMEN !

Gradually you will become a cheerful giver. And remember; 'Blessed is the Hand that Giveth'.
