Sleep, how sweet

Some schools of thought posit that one who sleeps a lot dies in poverty. Research shows that an adult needs between 7 to 9 hours of sleep. Others suggest that children who sleep a lot, say 12 hours each day, are more alert and do better at school. Interestingly, some people have problems with sleep. They are not able to sleep; some sleep for only two hours and they are still able to function the whole day. On the other hand, there are those who need a lot of sleep and I am one of them. What is your sleep pattern and how has it impacted on your economic status?
