What the...? Just because Malaysians cannot withdraw the fund to local bank doesn't mean we cannot use Paypal...:( I hope mylot will correct this.

you can use ikobo instead.try another option

It's too expensive. Getting the card alone costs 9.95... Not to mention the maintenence fee, sending fee...etc

For what you get paid into paypal if you just can use it for shoping on internet..I know malaysia and indonesia can use paypal just for send the money but not for receive it. If you want the cash than ikobo is the best choice.

The fees charged by ikobo make it pretty useless to me. Most importantly, I don't think sending money to a malaysian paypal account will get mylot any problem, and we have the right to choose the payment method. Paypal has increased the sending limit for unverified malaysian account from usd100 to usd1000, to me it's a good sign.
