Well, Jeremy Lin of Houston Rockets is still learning at basketball level. Former Rockets Yao Ming is the best Asian player. Ming average double figures in points. Lin has scored at least 20 points against his Former team New York Knicks. He was totally booed when he played in Madison Square Garden.
Can you consider him as the next Yao Ming? Will Linsanity brings the rockets?

I completely agree. Lin still has a lot of growing/maturing to do in his overall game. Though, I will admit I have not seen Ming play hardly at all (therefore, I can not compare the two,) from what I have heard, Ming is definitely the better player and Lin has to do a lot to equal him or surpass him.

They are different players with different positions. Jeremy Lin when he improved his chemistry with James Harden will be more effective as a point guard. He has a unique leadership skills that can bring his team to winnings.

Linsanity is not yet in the level of Yao Ming as of this time. But who knows, he's still young and has lot to improve. Ming has the height which clearly Linsanity doesn't have. That give Ming advantage in terms of defense and which Lin should need to improve.

I don't think so, Right now he is not carrying his team. It is J-Harden who's carrying the Houston. He cannot do anything about it so I think he is just a support in Houston, just saying though.
