hi,
there are times that we need to relax to avoid stress and pressure,and there are many ways to relax depend upon the person on how he/she will do to relax,for me i will just play music and listen on it usually solemn and instrumental music only.

Exercise helps with stress, also it is healthy. I enjoy going for walks. Also, I don't try to do too many things, in other words, I don't just do 'busy' work. What really helps me is to do charity work. I crochet for charity - hats for the homeless and blankets for babies with AIDs. When I can help someone less fortunate than myself, I feel good about myself.

There are many ways to relax yourself, it is actually you to discover what can relax you when you are stressed out or tired. What can relax me may not be applicable to you. but I suggest music very much. Whether you are or not into music, I think this can help. You select your favorite songs and play them with your headset, then try to empty your mind. If not, you lie down and elevate your feet as high as you can. This might help you.
And the best thing to do is to avoid stress.

The best way to relax is to close your eyes and sleep for sometime. It will remove your stress and agony which you are facing in your everyday life. Listening music during stressed situation is not good for health as it will increase your stress and uncomfortness further.
