Every time I come to Harold Washington, someone is always harassing me to use my laptop, cell phone or use my cell phone cord to charge theirs! Why can't people bring their own or get their own or bring their things with instead of harassing everyone for something they need to keep with them at all times! I never do that to anyone! I keep 2 phone chargers on me at all times. In case I need to charge more than one cell phone. I don't trust strangers because you never know who lying and being deceitful to you. There are so many people who want what they do not have and that is wrong! I had one homeless person that I know come up to me while I was using my blackberry asking to use it to look for work. There are cheap cell phones that one can get instead of asking and not accepting no for an answer to their request. I did let one person use my android for an emergency. She gave me back my phone as soon as she was done with her one phone call. For me, I don't trust people I don't know because of the stories I have heard of people being nice only to have their cell phones stolen. I don't mind helping those who need it but when your busy or at the library, and people harass you so much to use what they need to keep on them, then you will change what you do because no one has the right to ask anything of you if they cannot keep their cell phone charger or anything else they need on them at all times!
