Mmm that sounds really good. How did you go about making them? I've made some praline pecans before by cooking pecans in brown sugar and butter in the oven and I love them so much. I've also made them with orange extract a chocolate drizzle and they were carmalized. I love nuts so much and when they are made special like these ones it makes them so addicting.
I've also bought from the store some rosemary and orange pecans that were so good. The bag was really small though and I went through them so fast. You should share some of your techniques that you are using for your recipes. I'm sure plenty of people would enjoy them, including me.

The spicy ones were a mix of olive oil, cumin, cayenne, salt and whatever other seasoning you might like. The sweet ones were with brown sugar, cinnamon and olive oil. I would just mix the almonds so they're good and saturated with the oil and seasonings and then bake in the oven until they are good and crunchy and then let them cool on a rack. They were great!

I was thinking about doing that with some pecans for my dad for Christmas. I know he likes stuff like that and he is otherwise so hard to shop for. His sister in law used to make Spiced Pecans that were made with cinnamon and cloves and something else. I want to try to make something like that for him.

I love to make almosds and peanuts with spices for appetizers and holiday diners. I will make some this year for the grownups. I like mine with crushed garlic, coarse salt and sugar. I saute them in a skillet with a bit of butter and then I place them in the over to dry. YUMMY!!!

Mmm I love the smell of roasted almonds, it's enough to make your mouth water, they wouldn't last long with me around. I love most nuts, almonds are very good for you, have a lot of vitamins. I eat some every day, plain ones not sweet or spicy.
