December 18, 2012 my PayPal account went negative because of customer's charge back. He claimed that the transaction was unauthorized. The transaction was made swiftly last November 20, 2012. Nothing goes wrong. but now he is filing a dispute/claim to the transaction. I am so badly upset today. It's $200 in amount. I can't just imagine how unlucky I am. My wife is pregnant and I really need that money.

I an sorry for what has happened to you.Was it the same person who filed the dispute before? I guess you have to contact PayPal the notify them of your situation they might help you. They just cant return the money back always.

Yes its the same person who filed the dispute but he used different names and different Paypal email address. I've bee so busy these holidays and I just can't give time to solve the problem. I have found out that the reversal of funds was completed. I can do nothing but watch my Paypal balance go negative and subject for limited transactions if I cannot fund it as soon as possible.

No, I have done this before. I have provided all the details but still Paypal put the money on the customer's account. I am starting to lose trust to Paypal right now. I am so very upset with their rules.

I would be a little upset as well, especially if it was from something the other person bought, and you fulfilled your end of the bargain. And why was there not a complaint or something you had to justify yourself for? Or did you try? All I can say, is I hope you contacted someone from paypal and tried to get this matter sorted out, and everything turned out OK. I know I would not want this either.

Did you try to contact the customer you are talking about. What's the defect on the item you send to him/her?

Hi there! I don't know why Paypal is always on customer's side even if you have proven that you have done a legitimate transaction with your customer. What kind of rules the have? There are so many online crooks there who can manipulate transactions.
