Drawing Tablet and Hand Held Scanner.

Hey guys!
Alright, I am having such a big problem here. I wanted to buy hand held scanner at first because I think it is good for me to draw things with my own hand and scan it into my computer. Since I said, hand held scanner is because I am having a Netbook and there is no DVD-Rom, that is why I need a USB connection scanner for me to scan things into my computer without installation with Disc.
But there is something come into my mind as well. The drawing tablet that most people used to draw things on it and straight away it is on my computer. Is it much more easier to have a drawing tablet than scanner? But what if the drawing tablet need an installation? But I went and search, some of them didn't mention about installation or DVD-Rom.
Alright, what should I do? Both have different prices though. I need some help! Please! And thanks!

I think it should at least required installation of the driver if you want to use tablet of the computer. And I think you shouldn't too worried even if it's requred installation since it's usually included in the draing tablet package when you buy it, and if you have no DVD rom, then just move the content to USB flash drive, it will serve the same, and it will work, since I have Netbook which doesn't have any DVD rom and using USB flash drive will serve the same thing, you can install it without any hassle.

Wow! Alright, thanks for the information! I was so worried that I couldn't use them. But I think, after so many people's help from the forum and from you, probably I shouldn't worry that much anymore. Hope it would work and the tablet is a best thing that I bought that I won't threw it aside!
