Iphone 6 has to implement a new optical display technology to compete with the upcoming samsung phones. Otherwise Apple will soon loose its position to Samsung.Though Apple will stand for its unique tech , but people will be stunned by Samsung technology and UI

56% of users in US use iPhone. Its marketing is down for a little while but demerits are not only within iPhone but also in every phone. So I don't think so it.

Just goes to show there's no one perfect phone for everybody... No matter what features next phone have, there will always be a group of people who are disappointed with it... I personally don't like iPhone as a whole... Nothing wrong with the phone itself, I'm sure most people find it to be a great phone... I'm more of a basic phone person myself... I go through 2,500 - 3,000 minutes of talk time in a typical month because of my work... And somewhere in a neighborhood of 6,000 - 7,000 text messages... And that's not counting emails... I have iPad for the email part... For voice calls & text messages, I really don't need a smart phone for that... If I were to get a smart phone, I can't really think of any features that aren't out already...

Apple guy 1: Dam everyone says Iphone 5 is only longer and not good!!!
Apple guy 2: Hey let's make Iphone 6! And let's increase it's width!

It will be iphone 100 and there's still disappointments. As you must learn, companies won't create perfect products. There will always be enhancement and you will still feel disappointed of what you bought previously and try to buy to the better one. It's business, their profit will stop if they produce something that buyers will settle down with.
