Tomatoes! They’re sweet, juicy, and delicious. Everyone knows they are good for you, right? sure.
Does everyone know specifically why tomatoes are a healthful food?
i really love eating them, even they are raw or cook. nyumm..
One serving of red, ripe, raw tomatoes (one cup or 150 grams) is a good source of Vitamins A, C, K, folate and potassium.
Tomatoes make your skin look great. Beta-carotene, also found in carrots and sweet potatoes, helps protect skin against sun damage. Tomatoes’ lycopene also makes skin less sensitive to UV light damage, a leading cause of fine lines and wrinkles.
SAY NO TO WRINKLES!
Tomatoes build strong bones. The vitamin K and calcium in tomatoes are both very good for strengthening and repairing bones.

Yes tomatoes are really very healthy. It is rich in Vitamin C, lycopene and a lot more vitamins that makes us strong and healthy. I love tomatoes but I love them green and raw. I have been drinking raw green tomato puree and they really make me feel great. What more? Tomato is one of the easiest plant to grow. They grow wherever you toss their seeds and in a month of so, you will see fruits, fruits and fruits that will supply your every day need.

I like eating tomatoes. It is not only delicious, healthy, but also useful. You can eat it raw, you can also cook it. Besides, you can even use it to make the ketchup. There are many food that need the tomatoes, such as the pizza, spaghetti, Borscht and so on.

I am funny about tomatoes, I won't eat whole tomatoes, and yet I will eat tomato sauce or tomato puree on pizzas! Give me a raw tomato and I won't touch it. I actually grow tomatoes in the garden, both my parents will eat them, so I will grow them for them. All fruit and vegetables have valuable vitamins in them. It is important to include various fruits and vegetables in our daily diet, variety is the spice of life too!

Well, now I can go to bed tonight knowing that I've had a full day because I learned something. I recently realized that I am vitamin K deficient and I love tomatoes, but no one informed me that tomatoes are a good source of vitamin K.
Now I knew about the other things that tomatoes are a good source of but I honestly didn't know about the vitamin K thing.
Thank you again for teaching me something.
