caught by file sharing

no one is going to come and sue you for sharing except if you are using torrent sites. if you are thinking of uploading then you will get caught, it is an offense in every country. but again it varies from country to country, if you are a pirate in russia and pirate copies belonging to USA, i don't think you will get caught. it's politics but i don't want to involve in it. uploading a file without permission is not accepted but you can share the links of third party. it's our fundamental right to share, but their are cases arresting for sharing links too! since you are only sharing it on facebook and with friends, no one cares unless you are having a huge network and making it commercial.

Sharing a copyrighted material is illegal in any country as far as i know. but if the company that owns the material is seriously fighting piracy and if you fall in their eyes, you will be sued. Instead of uploading to internet servers, why don't you share your opinions about the movies? One should be careful not to land in jail.
