If you have two kids and been trying to conceive since last year does it mean there are no kids anymore

That is not what that means. I had one child and even took fertility meds but never had another. This doens't mean that will happen to you. What I did learn? Be so happy with what you have. That doesn't mean that you can't still want a child, but somehow you have to appreciate the ones you have even more.

Never say never. There could complications that weren't around for the the first two such as stress wise/weight, that could be defying your wishes of another baby. Five weeks on now, anything changed?

This is not correct that "there are no kids anymore" due to physical problem and sometime fertility (hormon)problem it sometime happen, you please consult a doctor to get best solution because answer to this question cannot give reading book or outknowledge this is a physical and health matter.

No, this does not mean no more children and it does not necessarily mean infertility either. Most women take from 6 to 12 months to conceive. It might just mean it will take a little longer this time. However, if it has been more than a year that you have been trying, you can ask your doctor for a referral to an infertility expert. Good luck! (I'm an R.N.)
