Online shopping or buying from stores for electronic goods.

Well I have seen online sites throwing a lot of offers on electronic goods and so it seems more attractive compared to the product that we get in different stores. Online shopping is good but sometimes risky as well as the product might be defective or may be something inappropriate. Even thought online dealers may provide you best service in such worst cases but still I would prefer to go to some shop and then purchase my latest electronic good after working on it when the sales associate demonstrates the product to me and explains all the pros and cons about it. We can check online reviews that other people share about the product and then compare and determine the final product before going to store.

I only buy electronics online if there's a physical store near me because then I can just go to the store if I have a problem.

I don’t usually buy gadgets online not that I don’t trust it, I just want to have a physical take on buying gadgets like trying them out personally rather than just ordering it online. Also, if your gadget has some complaints you ship it back to the buyer which takes another costs per shipment fees. But I do shop online in terms of garments most especially shirts and shoes.

it depends from different goods you want buy online or offline naturally as in the case of electronic stuff if you are not sure to buy it touch and see it can be a good point to understand if it is for you or not...but if you know what you want and so you decided for a precise one may be you can take advantages of online shops too!!in many cases buying online you can save more than the normal shops!!

I shop online all the time and I also sell online. The difference with me is that I am a sales affiliate for the stores you would go to so even if by some chance something is wrong, you have a warranty and ability to bring it to the store. I do not sell used goods however and I would not buy used goods without a warranty either.

There are certain brands you can trust and can buy online.Same with trusted sites like amazon. For reviews and things, you can definitely search online. The best part of online buying, is that its cost effective from customer's side. Most of the time, shipping is free.Or there could be promotions on the ecommerce sites helping us to get better discounts and prices compared to the physical shops and stores. But i also agree that buying online has its own pros and cons.In case of refunds or returns , there are lot of follow up involved in case of online purchases. Also we need to be careful with the products we buy and also site from which we buy.Personally, i love buying things online and has been doing the same for a long time. For big purchases, however i too would like to go to store and check it out personally, before purchasing the same. Thanks!

I prefer to buy stuff at a store even for electronic. If i buy something online , it would be difficult to return it. I think that is the main reason. Merry Christmas

its good for shopping online, some time some items are same rate at nabour shop , so must be check before you get order to online shopping , some time the courier charges is heigh and the cost of items goes same as your nabour shop , buying from shop it takes good relation to the shopkeeper and some time they give you items when you have no money on your hand , this the basic deffrence from the online shop and nabour stores , this is my view hariom

I've bought a few electronic products online and I'm very satisfied with them. Whenever I see an electronic product in the store that I feel is too expensive for me to purchase, I will go online to look for a comparative product and which is less expensive. Just recently, I saw a product at a store that is an Android device but it's too expensive. I went online looking for a similar product and I found that it's so much cheaper. So I bought the product online. Anyway, it's so much cheaper and it's working so well. And I love the customer service too.

I am a diehard online shopper. I hate going to stores. Buying from reputable online dealers is not that risky, not anymore. Some of the best deals are to be had online. I agree that going to a store gives you an opportunity to see and touch and try out a gadget, but I just do not like pressure sells. I have had to say to sales associates, "Thank you for the information, I'm good" in an effort to make them go away or "OK, I will take it, but no, I don't need an adaptor or extended warranty or extra batteries or designer case. JUST THE ITEM, PLEASE!"

I love shopping online. I buy almost everything, except clothes and shoes, online. I only pick reputable sites, and look for the verified sign before I buy. Amazon is good, and have a great return policy. Ebay, also, is good. If the product you buy is not as described or if there is some other problem, they make it right. You just have to make sure you pick the right sites to shop at.

I like to buy my electronics off of ebay.Alot of electronics are set auction style.A few years ago a man was selling a smart phone I wanted,he set the bidding at $20,after bidding with a few other buyers i won,the final price was $50(with FREE shipping). They have buyer protection. If you buy from a seller and the item is defective, not as described,or they just don't ship period they will send you a full refund and the seller will get a strike against their account.I love being able to buy what i need without having to go out,It's shipped right to my front door.

I don't buy electronic products and gadgets online too. When it comes to electronic stuffs, it has to be tested before buying it. We'll never know what they just sent us (online) in their products, maybe its reject or defect thats why its cheaper than the stores.
