I think Im starting to snore while sleeping. One time, I was still sleeping about 8am in the morning, I was half awake a little bit because my 1 yr old son keeps poking me. Then I went back asleep. After awhile, I'm so awake and ready to get up, I saw him pretending sleeping and he's making the snoring noise,hehe.. I don't know where he learn it from coz my husband don't snores. Maybe I am, but I didn't recognize it the whole time. Is it possible?

Haha Your kid is so cute I guess. You are right, these babies do not lie and it is possible that he heard your snoring. I do not normally snore but I do when I am very tired before sleeping. I don't know the real reason for this but I think it has something to do with the relaxation or closure of some specific body parts in the neck region. I never researched on this so I'm not that sure. One cannot really recognize if he or she snores during sleeping, unless someone will let him or her know. When a person is asleep, he or she becomes unconscious about the environment so there is no way of knowing it by himself or herself, unless he's gonna be awaken by hi won snore!

Well, since your 1 year old is pretending that he is sleeping and is making snoring sounds, means that you are probably snoring :) I remember when I was a child, my mother snored very loud :/ I don't snore, and have never done it before. Snoring usually comes because of stress, and I'm a very relaxed person :)

It is quite possible that you could be snoring and nto know it. Do you sleep on your back and wake up with a dry mouth? If so, I'd venture to say that you are definitely a snorer.

No. I have to be coming out of sleep to hear that. My throat closes if I accidentally roll on my back. I read this has something to do with sleep apnea. Not sure, but it makes me snore too. I can feel it in my throat and it'll get a little sore. Funny thing is it sounds like it comes from another part of the room rather than myself, but I'm the only one in there.

My mother told me I always snoring with talking, and I cannot recognize my own. When snoring I was talking in a language that I myself do not know what it means.

That's a cute story. I love it! I don't think I snore. I have never been told I snore, and I have never woken up to my own snoring, so it must be a fact. I do not snore. My son snores though, he has asthma. My 13 year old daughter snores occasional, but nothing to be concerned about.

The reasons for snoring are many. It could be from allergies or infection or because of sleeping habits. There are a lot of reasons. A very lot of the reasons are because of sleep apnea. This is a condition that will affect your health and you should have the sleep study to diagnose the condition. If there is a diagnosis then their is a machine that can be used while sleeping to alleviate the condition.

When I was too tired,I would snore a bit.But most of time,my roomate said I am quite when I fall asleep. One of my friend would grind her teeth every time she sleep. The sound,to be honest, seemed a little terrible when I waked up at midnight.

I don't think i snore but my mother certainly does. When ever i tell my mother that you were snoring she never believes. Now i am looking to record my mother's snoring so i can have a proof of it. Sometimes her snoring becomes so loud that i have to wake up. Is there anything which reduces the snoring effect? If there is please tell me one so i can forward it to my mother only if she believes that she does snores.

Yes. It happens when I am so tired or depressed. My wife would tell me the morning after that I snored so loud that she was not able to sleep because of the noise I make. And they would sometimes mock me and laugh at me because they did watch me while I was snoring. I will never forgive them for that. lol

There are many times that I woke up in the middle of the night and I had observed that I am snoring. It is really funny because it sounds crazy and my mom was always telling me that i snore and I don't believe her. I my snoring is loud sometimes if I am really tired from an outing or from any house hold chores.
