Receiving calls from = +4034 number

Hello,
Off late I'm receiving call from this number "+4034" on my cell phone. I've never received calls from such numbers ever....It rings for about 20-30 seconds and then gets cut off, since I do not intend to pick up calls from such number
Does anyone receive such calls, what does this indicate, who could be probably calling...could you please share your views and help me understand what this is.

Hi richclass,
No I have not recieved any call from this number nor I have heard about this number. Only time i heard of this number is from this discussion only and then i searched net and found that there are many people who have received calls from this nyumber and all had different reasons, some had miss calls, some you won this or that or job interviews. So can be a big scam.

When calling a phone line with Skype from a computer, the receiver see also a 4 figures number, so I think it is a generic number used by a voip provider to connect to landlines/mobiles. The caller does not need to have a phone number, and it can match any user of the service.

I really dont think any of my friends using skype to call me, though not sure...even if I had not responded to this number, none of my friends called me on my cell from their cell phone...so I really think this is some sham...
