I don't like theives!

I had bought 2 item from the Disney store online and had changed my address but some how it reverted to my old address. I got the e-mail my items had shipped so a month later I called the Disney store and they say the item had been dropped off. so I went to my old house which is like 9 blocks from my new house no on was home s I let a note for them to call me. The lady calls and said "yes we have your package and we asked the neighbors if they knew the person." So I ask her to leave it in the mail box (I didn't know it was a big box) I go pick up my box and the only thing in it was the bowl and the toys were missing. I check the box and my name was still on it with my phone number,and the store return was in the box. She said her husband thought it was his say what! They stole the toys I had for my grand babies and just point blank lied. I called the store and they will send me some more but I had wanted the toys for my babies for christmas. I would have returned the box to UPS and I wouldn't have opened it. What would you have did?
