My face has broken out again, not overly bad, just in a few spots. This happens because of the birth control I am on. I have never had this bad of skin until this medication. I do not use chemical crap either, so it's hard to find all natural products to use. Right now I just use hot hot water, then rinse with cooler water. I am trying to find something that will help it more.

Sometimes, breakouts occurs because of your food intake. always remember that what you eat, puts effect on you physically. A good way to eliminate breakout occurence is to lessen eating greasy foods. Too much greasy foods increase fat absorption causing natural sebum to release in your facial area. instead of eating greasy foods, try consuming fresh and leafy veggies since most green foods contain natural anti-oxidants that helps in improving skin tissues.

I rarely eat greasy foods, it's been since I've been taking this medication. It is one of the side effects to the medication.

Thanks for your response, well you can talk to your Doctor about the matter and ask for some remedies on such since its a side-effect from medications.

You could try a plain greek yogurt and honey mask. I've read on some acne boards (maybe on acne.org also) that it's good to add a tiny bit of lemon juice to the mask as well. It's also supposed to lighten any scars if you have any. I'm not sure how effective this is, as I have only tried the yogurt/honey mask a few times. I do know that it made my skin really soft and smooth. I plan on trying it again though, since I've started getting more breakouts recently. The reason I'm getting them has to do with eating junk food though.
