Have you ever been in this situation wherein you have scheduled something really important but has postponed it because of Mylot? Well, it is happening to me right now. I am supposed to be moving now and preparing to go to the gym but here I am still pounding the keyboard. Anyway, the moment I log out of here, you can be sure that I would already be preparing to go there. But before that, I need to bathe, give my dogs fresh water and feed them with bread. Then I'm off to the gym.

I can relate cutie. One thing that can stop me from myLotting, especially this holiday season are my visitors. I need to attend to them so I have to keep away from my laptop.
Well, anyway, this thing happens only during this year so I have to give time for them also. Although I am still trying my best to come from time to time.
Have a nice day!

Hi cutie I think you are becoming addicted like I am. But for your health's sake do get to the gym. I only say this because I now regret not having continued at the gym when I was young .Consequently I have had an uphill battle with my weight.'Most people get so hung up o n the idea that eating sugary things causes diabetes when the real cause is too many simple carbs and too much weight. So people in their forties and fifties are overweight and get type two diabetes..You see scientists have proved that too many fat cells impede the insulin in its efforts to shoo glucose into our muscle cells where it does belong and instead the sugar is left in our blood where it does not belong.Sp if I had been using the gym in my forties and f ifties I might never have got type two diabetes.Thats why I said do not leave off going to the gym like i did. lol

I love to get on here and have a good natter about lots of things and I do find that I totally lose track of the time.I try to get all the main things sorted before I get on here, like ensuring all the children are happy, or that they are in bed, as I hate it when I just get on here and some one needs my attention.

I should be at the gym every morning at 4am. I really need to get myself a gym membership. They are so expensive though. I love to walk to my Leslie Sansone dvd's but its not something I want to do everyday. Yes, I do this too. I really need to make more of an effort to get in my daily exercise. I also need to work on my water intake.

The same thing is happening to me now a days. By looking at your posts i doubt not to believe you. I go to play cricket every evening but since i have joined mylot, things have changed. I always get late now and my friends are screaming at me that where were you. We lost the match because you didn't came. When i told them that i was mylotting, they started laughing at me and said that come on, you have the whole day free. Do it then and please do not let mylot affect your playing timings because it indirectly affects the team. When ever i do not go to play my team looses.

I try not to look at any notifications just before I am going to the gym, otherwise I get so engrossed that the time flies by. I go to the gym the same time and always leave the same time. This enables me to avoid heavy traffic, once I paid the price and got so involved that I left much later than I normally would and I got stuck in traffic on the way back.

Hi friend, some times i too faced such kind of situation, mylot is really an addicting one. If we involved in this site a lot we forget about the other schedules and post here a lot, but we must avoid the addiction and give importance to our offline work

Thats called addiction and you should have control of yourself. When you just engaged so much in some activity that due to which your other daily routines gets affected, then you should definitely be worried.
