Paypal has an affiliate service called Bill Me Later, the services allows buyers to buy items & pay later or make small payments over time. it sounds good but what's the catch? are there high interest fee's & what sort of payment methods are accepted for the service? Please share your experience good or bad with Bill Me Later.
