They raped her- what punishment would you suggest for those rapists

Recent issue on rape in New Delhi in India have not yet punished criminals even though lots of issues and protest in this matter is going on. What punishment would you suggest for rapists.

There had been many rapes around the world, and there are still some that are not even reported because of threats or shame.. 
I think this crime is one of the wost crimes, so it should have a grave punishment.. i do believe in an eye or an eye.. so maybe they should rape the rapists too?
