Bermuda Triangle

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, the mystery behind Bermuda Triangle has still mot come out and just like u even i have heard many interesting facts about it and i gotta know that many boats and ships have lost whenever they have crossed it. I think there is a strong magnet present within the Pacific ocean whose attraction power is so strong that it can attract the ships and boats towards it. But i do not know what is the mystery behind this but i hope the mystery is unearthed very soon. What say?

i dont knw wht is actually that devil triangle just hearing from you.i seen in movies that such things happen but its all imaginary and not real. However wht ur saying is reality.There might be many reason .We cant find out every thing becox some things happen becox of gods play. Unless some thing or some one dare to survive from such incidents we do not know what actually it happens . See when we are in dream we feel that everything is real.But when we wake up then we find what is reality. So we are now in this discussion just doing a dream discussion.Its only the result or the reality knwon once some one or some thing can tell u what it is and why it is happening.Many questions dont have answers .

I've read a couple of books about the Triangle. One I read as a child and one I read in the past few years. I think there will always be an aura of mystery surrounding the Triangle, not because there is some unexplainable phenomena causing the disappearances, but because so many disappearances have occurred over so many years that all the circumstances of those disappearances will probably never be known. The ocean can be a very unpredictable place and not just in the area of the Triangle. And although we've learned our fair share about the oceans I don't think we understand as much as we'd like to think we do. Also, we're only human, so all the accounts of disappearances over the years, whether verbally or through written documentation, can become misconstrued as they are shared over and over. I think rogue waves could be an answer but I also think that it's possible, at least in the case of aircraft disappearances, that human error could be mostly to blame. In one of the books I read it said that it is much easier than people realize, if they've never flown a plane or not been flying for very long, to lose ones bearings especially when they have little if any experience of flying entirely by the gauges. It is even easy to become disoriented to the point that you don't realize that you are not flying completely level or are gaining or losing altitude, especially when flying over the ocean. Some have suggested that there is an "otherworldly" explanation such as aliens(which I don't even believe exist) or some sort of time portal that opens up unexpectedly sending the hapless vessel to another time or place. I don't believe either of these scenarios primarily because no concrete evidence has ever been presented that they occur. I doubt we'll ever know the true reason for all these mysterious vanishings.

The bad weather could have had some role to play in it. That makes more sense to me than "time warps" and "alien abductions". Its simple human error. So where did those people go and what about their ships/planes? If they weren't found its because the searchers were looking in the wrong place. I've been hearing alot about the possible discovery of debris from Amelia Earhart's plane found on an uninhabited island, Nikumaroro. There has also been a lot of evidence found of Westerner womens beauty products from the 1930s and that this person or persons tried to survive there, but they don't have any actual proof its from her. If not, it might at least solve the mystery of another missing person.

This geographic area has been known as the mystery of the globe. Some people believe it, some people don't, and other may not care. If you have History Channel, the show Ancient Aliens cover this. I remember watching an episode that has to do with other parts of the globe related to longitude or latitude. I don't remember which one it was connected to. I would still approach any documentary coverage like this cautiously. As impressive as Discovery and History Channel have presented ideas, knowledge, concepts, etc, not all things are accurate. Sometimes, they may sensationalize things to make it entertaining, intriguing, and thought provoking.

I heard about that story when I was a kid. Since you open that discussion again you made me curious. I'll do some research. Lol

Hi roshigo, Although I haven't read anything about the Bermuda Triangle in recent years, I think we would know if a reasonable answer had been found to the mysterious disappearances of so many ships and planes. Today, I believe the area where these disappearances took place, are avoided by travellers. We can only guess at the reason for the strange occurrences bu someday it may be explained. Blessings.

There are many things that are out of the control, imagination and understanding of the human intelligence no matter how advanced we are. The Bermuda Triangle is one of them. I also have heard lots of things about them. But I never really went about thinking what the reasons behind them were. I think it is better you who describe here what you saw on the programme. It might contain some latest findings and conclusions.

Bermuda Triangle had baffled scientists 100 0f years ago. Boats or airplanes just disappeared with trace when passed through this area called Bermuda Triangle. It is still a mystery. No one was able to trace and find the answer to those mysterious appearance. There was even a movie on this. The First World pilots when flying through the Bermuda Triangle disappeared without trace. Then they appeared twenty years later as young as twenty ago. The movie ended. We do not know whether they whether they abducted by the aliens or not. Nobody know.

There is a lot of mysteries behind the Bermuda Triangle. I think there is a counterpart of that place in Japan known as the Dragon Triangle or Devil's Sea. I am not sure what causes the disappearance. Some ancient alient theorist believe this site is very important to ancient aliens. I saw a documentary stating that the air and water currents greatly affect the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle.

I believe that there are "spots" in the ocean which has such huge "current" that could pull down any ship or boat that comes close to it. It is sort of whirlpool that engulfs anything that comes near it.

I do not know much about the Bermuda Triangle but I have heard about it. I think there is a movie before based on that and I think it is scary. I mean, that is happening in real life though we can never say what is the real truth to it. What I can say is that I like most shows on the Discovery Channel. But I can't watch it now because I had to be unsubscribe to cable channel.

I am thinking this is where the garden of eden is and it is being protected by the angels and that is why things go missing in that area.

No one knows what happened in the bermuda triangle. Scientific research also fails to explain what is really happened in bermuda triangle.Actually, in the world, not only Bermuda triangle is mysterious there a some of the sea also have a mystery example like Devil's Sea or Dragon's Triangle. It is located east of Japan between Iwo Jima and Marcus Island. It same like what happen in bermuda triangle.

sounds like everyone is intrigued with the Triangle! I have been for years! Yeah, they have been trying to find out the how's and why's and say gigantic waves, a magnetic issue on the bottom of the sea, super gas/air bubble things coming up and emitting gases, even a military base (top secret) near Miami is causing the dissapearances. But that can't be as it wasn't there back in WWII when things were disapearing. The gigantic waves...they may tear things apart but the debris has never been found. The people have never washed ashore..the planes...never found. They thought they found Flight 19 - the 5 planes that dissapeared but although they did find 5 planes...it wasn't flight 19..they didn't know what flight or group the planes were from! but there they were, on the bottom of the sea.... all in tact! I dont' think it can ever be solved. THere hasn't been any dissapearances in recent years/decades ...at least none that I have heard being reported! And some can go through it and not disappear...so I think it will never be discovered why and how the Bermuda Triangle works. I for one, choose not to enter it! And as far as someone here mentioning the thing about finding Amelia Earharts remains....I heard about that too. It just doesn't seem that t here is any way that they could verify that those little things they found belonged to her. She wasn't the only woman to fly and they only assume the remains were there due to a plane crash, what about a boat crash and washed ashore there? What about a castaway the didn't make the leaving boat or something like that?

I guess it will still remain an unsolved mystery until someone makes a stunning discovery about this Triangle and announces it to the world via the media. There has been many researchers trying to decode the mystery, and there also has been many documentaries on television reviewing the situation there, but most of these documentaries only explain what the mystery is, getting comments from experts and explain their theories (which are just their insight/ideas). Anyway, I remember watching one of these documentaries once which had a recording of a conversation of an airplane pilot with a person at the end of the line, and everything seemed OK until the signal became unclear then just cut off altogether. There were no signs of the pilot running into any sort of trouble before the conversation got cut off, so it very likely wouldn't have been bad weather or the pilot losing control of the plane. The plane and pilot went missing after that, and it remained a mystery what happened after the conversation was cut off. I could only hypothesize that in the Triangle there may be an opening to a different "realm" or "world". I guess I would have to go with that idea until someone comes up with a better explanation (with prove).

There are many theories as to why the area called Devil's Triangle has taken many boats and planes. They say that there has something to do with megnatism that leads these boats and planes astray.

Glad that you shared this here. I have an idea to get rid of all the corrupt politicians of the world. If there is really such a place called Bermuda Triangle, it can be used for the benefit of mankind. We will distribute free tickets through well known travel agencies located in different countries. We will make sure that those politicians and criminals buy those things. We will announce a pleasure tour on a special luxury boat. Then we will remotely control the boats to guide them all the way to Bermuda Triangle and drown them.

Well, I know the history of the Bermuda Triangle very little. Were filmed many movies inspired by the case. But I never deepened my knowledge of the fact inherently mysterious disappearances of ships and airplanes that over the years there have been at that exact point on the earth, the sides of the same triangle are approximately 2000 km. It start talking already of disappearances of pirate galleons, then in the 70's years there was a documented disappearance of an aircraft of which were also lost radio contact. However, I believe in a phenomenon of terrestrial magnetism concentrated precisely in that area. Other things on the subject, I do not know them.

I too am intrigued about the Bermuda triangle. I have read about this on print and media but I understand there is yet a distance to go for a full explanation. This mysterious phenomenon is presently being researched upon by scientists and the job is perilous and not as simple for as far as I know, it is still a puzzle.
