do you miss any member of your family this X'mas?

One member of our family is in Manila right now and was not able to come home to be with us this X'mas. We really miss him as he was always present during our family gatherings. It is sad to be missing some people during this very important season. I hope he can come home during the New Year.
How about you? Was there anyone in your family who missed being with you this X'mas?

The only member of my family that was missing this x'mas was my little sister and i love her so very much because she is every thing to me that a family should be. she care for me just as much as i do for her....

My sister will not be with us this year. She has been away from us for the past 5 years, but at least last year she was able to come home for Christmas. I really miss her this year...even though she has been living abroad for such a long time, there are still times when the family feels incomplete without her.
Also, this is the first Christmas that both my grandmother and grandfather will not be here as well. They passed away this year and their absence is missed, especially by my mom and her sisters.

It was funny--today I went to a total of three family celebrations and at each, someone called a relative who was not able to be there. We talked to two cousins and my sister. I am glad that through technology, we can stay connected!

There is only three of us at Christmas, we are a small family, I have never had a big family gathering, being the only child. The only person who matters to me is my mum and we had Christmas together, father as usual did his own thing sit and watch television and drink.

I miss my mom, who passed last year. But I also miss my son who went to his dads in the usa about 5 months ago. Merry xmas to you...

yes, because i worked in another city, i always miss my parents and friends when there is a festival. And i am so happy that new year is coming, i can back home to see them.
