Anonymous surf site + ads? / myLot

Hi all, Did you ever heard of Anonymous traffic exchangers? You can send traffic with them with unknown source. I believe if I make a site with a lot of advertisements and send this anonymous traffic I could get some dollars? What is your opinion about this thing?

I tried that one and deliver traffic with those sites, but I get nothing because they don't pay after nearly reaching the minimum payout. My experience was when I nearly reach the payout they banned my account...
