I have 2 traffic sites, I have had great luck with both to get ref. for my favorite programs. Lets me know if you want to take alook at them... merry xmas....

Getting referrals via email is the best method.When you have a huge data base of friends with their emailing IDs,you can send the links with your personal experience in earning money.Since,they are your friends,you will have more chances of reaching them.

Hi ivaylo! Personally, I get some referrals from facebook, my blog sites and other forums that I visited. I also got some from here in myLot. But mostly from facebook. Although I also have traffic exchange sites, I don't remember that I get any referrals from there.
