Laughter takes the mind from anger, sense of guilt, stress and unfavorable emotions in a more helpful way than other distractions. It dissolves unpleasant feelings, you can't feel anxious, upset, or even unhappy when you are laughing. Laughter can help you relax and recharges, this minimizes tension and raises energy, helping you to stay focused and accomplish more. Laughing along with others is better than laughing alone. Shared laughter is among the best tools for keeping relationship fresh and interesting and it binds and it is usually a source of happiness and closeness for a number of people and most times it makes anxiety disappear and fun of it all is that at that moment of laughter you have got absolutely nothing to think about but laugh and be pleased.

i couldnt agree with you more! ;) laughter is a good medicine, when our heart is glad, our mind is off stress and off thinking problems. the more we worry the more our health suffers, right? sometimes when we take a step back and just relax and breathe in some fresh air, when we are not feeling well if we smile and is feeling satisfied, we will then realize our body is feeling so much comfortable and better.

As the sayings goes, laugh your troubles away. I guess it would help us even for awhile and for us to realize that all problems had corresponding solutions. Having a good laugh also helps us to stay healthy, inside and out.

There is too little laughter in the world. There is far too much stress, anger, pain, drama and just plain seriousness! The sound of laughter is lost among all of it. The saying goes it is the best medicine and I wonder how much more healthy we would be if we took the time to laugh more.

How right you are and if we all could only laugh more at ourselves think how much happier the world would be.
