can't get the poop out of my mind

Well I was downtown this morning following up some business and when I stepped out of this establishment, a nasty smell, as in super bad smell reached my nostrils. I looked around and there, just a few feet away from where I was, was a huge pile of poop which was a little wet. Ewww! I wanted to puke right there and then but I was in a public place.
A few hours after I still could not forget that very bad poop encounter I had in the morning. Even when I was about to have lunch, still the image of that nasty poop wouldn't leave my mind. My mouth and stomach feel like vomiting right now.
How do you forget such an evil experience? Please share your tips.

There is a law in our country that pet owners who do not clean up after their pets in a public place are fined, however the law is badly enforced and unless they are caught red-handed most get away with it, and who is brave enough to report it? For fear of reprisals, usually it's the lower elements of society that will let their dog foul on public footpaths. Trying to get an unwanted image out of your head is very difficult. If I said to you don't think about a pink elephant, what would your mind be doing? The same with the poop. Hopefully the image has gone away for you, and the elephant has flapped it's ears and disappeared!

Sooner or later (hopefully sooner) something important will come up and you'll start dealing with that and forget about the grossness. Of course as soon as your mind relaxes you'll think of it again, but it will get to be less and less. Because, of course, life does go on. As you get more involved in your daily life it will fade away. You may remember it from time to time but it won't occupy as much thought as it is right now. I don't think any of us totally forget something like that but it appears less all the time until you hardly ever think of it. Hope this helps. That was a nasty experience. Ewwww

hi cutie you have tol think of somethibng r e ally pleasant that you like like the scents of some favorite cologne or flowers such as star jasmine . If you are familiar with the scent think of it and
soon it will replace the bad experience you had. My gosh if you are that stricken you would never be able to work in a hospital. do not be quite so sensitive especially yu if you are around children or have your own children. How would you be able tol change a babies diaper if you get that ill?

Hmm at here also have some poop at the bridge and some poop become black. I wonder why this person defacate at anywhere. Why not going to toilet? What will happen when someone step at their poop? Of course it disgusting. My advice you should not thinking this things when you eat. Try to do some activity or thinking funny things to forget it.

No way to forget until you can overcome the disgustingness of it. Try to not think about it and get your mind off. Running around your nearby park helps you to calm down and forget all these unpleasant things. Its a useful strategy... If you do not like to run you can find some hobby that will take up your thinking power and that voice in your head.
