how do you celebrate the coming of the new year?

i would like to know how you celebrate or welcome the coming of the new year in your own country. like me, i am a Filipino, we usually welcome the coming of the new year with firecrackers and food but personally i just stay in the house with my family and open all our new calendars. how about you my friend what's your style?

Here, we usually have family gatherings here. I celebrated New Year with my family. :)It was OK though.

This will be the first year that I wont be working. I plan on being home, relaxing, while online. I don't do anything big, a few years ago I spent it with my friend and watched tv.

I, myself, don't celebrate New Years as it is just another day, as I spend it home and alone anyway. I won't go out on New Years Eve, as I don't want to be out with all the drunks. I would rather be safe than sorry, so I just stay home. I don't even watch the ball drop in New York, as it doesn't matter to me one way or the other. Take care, and be safe this coming New Years.

Hi friend good to know that you are going to celebrate New year with your family and i am from India and at this new year i am also going to celebrate this with my family and with some friends we are celebrate new year at home by dancing and enjoying delicious food and by playing some games hopes that this new year brings lot of good luck for you friend .
