Morning, noon or night? Is your dinner your supper as well? Around lunch time? Have you always eaten dinner at that time? If you use to eat at a differnt time, why have you changed?

I live in the south. For me, dinner is always tagged as the largest meal of the day. During the week, this would be in the evening. During the weekend, this would usually be during the afternoon meal, especially on Sunday after church.

Dinner makes only sense when one is sitting in a dining hall of his home or attending some party, in the some conference or some gathering. Dinner is defined as the meal taken only after the sunset but if you take it as late as 10 p.m. then it is called supper not dinner. I usually take my dinner between 7 to 8.30 p.m.

I usually come home from work around 6.30...relax for a while with a cup of tea, have dinner at around 8 or 8.30, then wait half hour, go for a walk for 1/2 hr...and then get a good night's sleep ! Suits me well, personally i feel one should have dinner minimum 1 hour before going to bed..

I always eat by 6:00 at night. I try not to eat after that. I have been on a diet so I have been eating like this for about 6 months and I have lost 60 pounds so far.
