hi to all
well, I am now searching & looking for ideas, but when I go to real world, I face something different, an expert tells me Real State Business is so Easy If you are Strong, what is the means of strong??? he tells me that, as you know the humans start war for 3 things (Women,Property & Money) so real state involves one thing called "Property" so we have to be very strong If someone tries to occupied your property you are strong enough to throw him/her off...sadly there is no strong police & laws available here...so you cannot believes on police & law enforcement here...Now I'm kind of confused...what do I do??? anyone of you in real state & wanna share his/her experience I'm happy to know, have a nice day...

I'm not sure what you mean by having to be strong if someone tries to occupy your property and you're strong enough to throw them off. Are there no property laws where you live? Here in the U.S. we buy our property and if someone tries to take it from us we can call the police and they will arrest them. If a property is abandoned (not lived in) and people break in to get shelter they can be arrested, too, because the property does not belong to them.
Real estate occupation here used to be very profitable and agents were very well off. Now the market is so slow it barely moves, in spite of what the news says. Real estate is not a good career choice here right now.

Real estate business requires strong communication skills with the ability to convince people. You have to make them believe that it is the final rate for the property and they can’t get more than that on a property. With proper convincing skills and knowledge about the properties in the locality, you can make a better real estate agent. However you will need real time process going on these transactions. Initially you can start as a real estate investor and then jump in as a real estate agent. This realtor I found in web has also started his life as a real estate investor but now he is an experienced realtor in his area. Find more about him in

In real state business, you should have a client. Yo must know inside the house and the structures. The kitchen, bed room and other rooms. Even outside of the house.

Well, I think that it takes a special kind of person to be able to be a real estate agent and I also think that there are a lot of people that try to enter the real estate business that fail because of the fact that there are so many different real estate agents in the world right now.
In addition to that, I also think that this is a really hard field to work in right now because of the difficult economy that we are living in right now.

Hello Tushavi!
I guess they mean be strong as being confident in what you are talking about to your clients. Like knowing everything about the houses, inside and out. Knowing all about the suburb and neighbours etc. You need to know a lot of information so you can be confident to pass it on to whoever is interested in buying a house with your help.
Happy MyLotting.

I am not a real estate agent but there are some certain things that every investor or seller will look upon them. Although there are no strong policies and laws, you should know everything about the locality and the properties in the area. You should be professional and have some reputation and influence in the area you are going to sell or buy property for people. You should have the communication skills to make the buyer satisfy with the property you are looking to sell. To know more about the works of a real estate agent visit

I am thinking to be a sales agent of property
the revenue of after selling this is a big number of money
but I have not yet send any application for that
maybe you can try to be a sales agent first
then when you make it, you can buy some land and do business there

I have many friends who are in this business. And, they all say it has big rewards. It may not be easy to find clients, because not too many people can afford to buy properties, here in our country, but when you find one, the commission can pay your bills for a quarter.
I guess, you need to have a good list of contacts, and find your market. Your sales and social skills will play a big role in this business, too.

hi tushavi ,well you thinking of real estate business.this is very good idea.it involve lot of money.for the start up you need money to buy land where you can build home.yes you need to be strong enough to throw person out of your property,as police and law will not help you in this matter.better to start building small house because majority of people are middle class, they will not buy big house.
