I Bite my nails all the time.

I really have a bad habit. I bite my nails almost all time. My parents scold me that stop biting your nails but i am a kind of addicted to it. It is really causing me problems. When ever i am in a party, or giving an interview i start biting my nails which really looks odd. Please tell me if you have any suggestion so i can leave this bad habit. Do you people also have this habit of biting nails. When ever there is a cricket match going on my all nails vanish very quickly.
