Anyone ever try a Tomato cut up with hot grease over it and biscuit bread?

Not really a recipe...we usually cut up a tomato in pieces then add salt..then warm up some grease in a pan (lard) till HOT, then just splatter the grease onto the tomatoes.
Now the bread, is mixing flour and water in a bowl...just however thick you would like it. then fry it in a pan untill golden brown or however you like it personally.
It's so good. It gives the tomato a total different taste.
