If it was a new engagement it would not bother me because you get so used to saying bf/gf since that is what you have been for so long. Now after the first few months of being engaged, they should know by then that your titles have changed...

I agree. We have been engaged since October and he still calls me his girlfriend to everyone else and fiance or even wifey in private... Im not sure whether to be offended or if Im over-reacting...

tanniebabe; now is the time to start pracicing communication and tell your fiance that its now time to start calling you his fiancee.Really do tell him you want him to do that all the time as it does bother you.If my hubby to be had kept calling me his girlfriend almost to our wedding I wyuld have said something sooner,. This is the key
