I went my friend's house a week ago and he asked me to use his Wii. I find some games really interesting games. I think this console can bond family members. I talked to my boy friend and we are now planning to buy a new flat screen television and Wii. Any advise about this? What particular games do you like in Wii?

My kids spend hours playing it. And sometimes, it is hard for them to stop from playing most especially if their cousins play with them, too. I think you'd have a blast with that toy. Enjoy!

Hi there, I think I will have a blast with this game too. When I borrowed my friend's Wii, I really enjoyed it. I think my mother would love to play this game as well. I think it is good for the family.

I love having the wii I actually have that console. I love playing sports type of games on it. Those are really fun. Like boxing and tennis and stuff like that as well as bowling. I also love playing Super Mario Bros on there. But I think its just cause I just like that game. I enjoy also playing the wii fit. That game is loads of fun. I am wanting to get the just dance game on this console though, that game looks like a lot of fun. I just don't have it yet. You should definitely get the Wii, it could help pass the time and also it is a lot of fun to play with.

The Wii is a great fun gaming console. My son saved up for one and bought it a few years ago after we had experienced a lot of fun playing on a friends Wii. My son loves Mario Cart on the Wii, but i prefer to play the basic sports games that come with the console. Bowling, golf, baseball, tennis and boxing as they are great ways to keep active while playing a computer game. We have had loads of laughs as a family over the years playing these. Now my kids also have the Xbox 360 Kinect which is similar technology to the Wii but more advanced as you do not have to have controllers in your hand at all. My daughter has a dancing game on that that is a very good work out!

Me and my husband just bought a wii. I'm not a big fan of them but I wanted a wii so we could have Netfix down stairs so when I'm taking care of the kids I can use it or when they are napping so I don't have to stay up stairs the whole time.

We have a Wii and we really need to invest in another controller, we only have one at the moment. The games we have is a sport game, that we played for a while, but now we have the first 3 "Just Dance" games and it really works you out. Unfortunately I got sick right after we got the games, but before that we had borrowed one from the library and it isn't easy, and I look forward to playing it soon again..

Wii is no doubt a very good gaming console, however, before you buy it, check out the MS Xbox Kinect games, Kinect is far more better than wii, that's my opinion.

I have never played a wii before, but it is something I would like to have. It would encourage movement for both me and the kids. I might get a bowling game, because I love to bowl. It's one of my favorite activities. I wish I could go bowling more often. I would also get a dancing game, because I would love to learn how to dance. I don't even know if they have those, but it would be a great way to learn how. A basketball game would be fun too. I love to play basketball. A flatscreen tv would be nice. I am finally use to the new flat screens. I wouldn't want to big of a tv though, because I don't want the tv to be the focal point in the family room.

Wow, this is fun. Yes, i have Wii before. It is interesting, but it needs more people in order to make it enjoyable. Since you are buying it for family members, then it should be a great time playing it. Enjoy.

xD funny, just now i am about to finish The legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, what a great game. Punch-Out! is very good. Super Mario Galaxy, indeed, evokes great emotions when played, Just Dance is amazing for the family, No More Heroes is one of the best Wii games you'll ever find, and many, many more, the fact you can emulate any other game from past consoles is makes it even better!. Oh, and buy a Wii whose box shows the console standing, not lying down. Consoles standing have Gamecube retrocompatibility, and lying down is a no-no for this. Cheers!
