No need to feel disappointed. When you first start to learn swimming, it can be very vexing and you may not feel like improving but you most probably are. Get a personal trainer if you can afford it or maybe your family member who knows how to swim to teach you.

Hi ramkumars16, we need to be persist and patient to learn swimming, especially the breathing part. We would be very exhausted easily and can't continue moving if we breath in the inappropriate way. You will improve fast if having someone who is good in free style or a coach to guide you Keep up and I believe you will be successful finally
Happy posting

Never give up! Yes, this maybe hard but keep on trying. I started also same as you although now I quite know how to swim freestyle. :) I love swimming. I really do believe it is very much good for my health.
