Plan to buy new TV

That's a good plan. It's hard not to have a tv at home. TV sets nowadays, don't survive longer than 6-10 years without defects. I just bought a tv set for my mother and grandma, because their 8year old tv set no longer shows any picture and sound. It was my christmas gift for them.

Yes, I think a new TV is needed in your house, you can try to buy a new one during the New year festival, because the shopping mall will have some activities so that you can have some discount during this special time, maybe you can save a small amount of money.

That is a right decision to buy a new TV instead of repairing the old tv. The new tv will be beneficial on the long run rather than wasting money on the old one. Hope you will buy the new tv very soon. What about the old tv then, it will be burden as it also need space to keep. Better you can sell off it.

All electronic devices now are better changed than repaired. Every time I get something repaired it is much too expensive and doesn`t last long. I was told by a repairman that it wasn`t worth now to buy the best. Now everything is quickly changed for a newer model and noone has the parts.

Just like you, our television set for almost 15 years is already having some problem. Once you open a new channel, it would be movable but in a few seconds it becomes clear already. My husband and i agreed to buy a new one when it finally goes unoperational. I really hope we have the money when it happens already.

Right now there are many good types of TV for your selection and it is not very expensive also...I hope you can buy a good one. in fact i don't watch TV in here since i don't have much time at home but i think watching TV after a long working day is not bad, relax and update events happened in a day over the world or watching movies on TV..

I dont get bored with things and replace them but if the picture quality was getting really bad then I might buy a new tv. I have an emerson and a sharp and the sharp brand is a lot better quality then the emerson. I hope that you are able to find one that you like and buy it.

Go for it, your TV is too old, there are plenty of different brand you can choose from in the store and on-line, they are not very expensive compare to decade ago, you can easily find one that you like and provide you with crispy sharp images and high quality picture with today TV technology available in the market like LED, LCD and Plasma TV, it is the time to get a new one, the best part of it is that you are not required to burn a hole inside your pocket in order to get a good one nowadays, after all, the year end sales promotion should add additional incentive for you to get one quickly before the arrival of 2013.

That's good. Try looking for 40" and above LED's and the experience will be great. On top of it, LED's are far better when it comes to energy saving because it only has less power. Entertainment will now be a great experience.

10 years is good enough for the service. There are lots of sale during this season and I am sure you will get the best TV that you wish to own for this New Year.

great idea, many times fixing one can cost more than a new one. make sure you check online for anew one. Right after xmas many online stores are having great sales on tv s. Good luck to you. Hope you find a great buy on one.

It would be worthful to buy new tv from any online store as you would getsome special offers. I have saved a good amount of money in the last two or three years by doing shopping online...its worthful

go for the LED TV. it's cheaper in terms of electricity consumption and does not cost as high as before. if you're into movie downloads, select a model that can read an external HDD via USB and can play the most number of video formats.

Oh! 10 years for a TV is too short. As I have a TV which is about 30 to 35 years old and its screen quality is nice enough. It is from 'Sharp'. I think if you want to buy a new TV, then you have to buy Sharp, Sony or Panasonic TV.

Wow.. I think you have to consider buying the latest in television technology, the LED tv...

We only watch Netflix, what is on the internet, or dvd's we have been tv free from everything else going on 9 years now
