Food: Synthetic or Natural

Hello guys! Food is any nutritive element that ingest through our mouth which gives or sustains life. What are you eating? More on Synthetic or Natural? Natural foods such as from animal sources or plant sources. Synthetic foods such as hotdog or any which are man-made foods. According from the source I've red, Natural foods can give us more nutrients in our body FOR GOOD while Synthetic food like taking vitamins (such as Centrum tablet) should be limit because it gives resistance to the body. I can't understand. Although they both promote wellness to our body. What would be the implication for this matter?

Hi if I had the money . I would go the Natural route, for me
the hot dog I eat are all beef and kosher. so I know there good.
your right natural food is a lot of better for health,
and there is some good vitamins out there that are Natural.
read the label, for me I just start doing Shaklee product
they are a old MLM been a round since the the ealy 1960's
and the product do work I can feel it, there some book
out there about Natural foods, they are very intresting.

I used to eat lot of unhealthy or more likely synthetic food like hotdog, canned meat etc cuz I used not to eat veggies before but 2 years ago everything has change and I am eatingore healthy and more on natural food like veggies and lean meat;-) one of my favorite right now is beans haha I like it and the green peas too??

i always prefer natural because its obviously good for health and with no side impacts or additional worry problems like cancer and other disease also

Natural food is always good for health & if it is organic then there is nothing like that. Synthetic foods do contain certain elements which causes harm to our health in the long run. Our body tends to reject excess calcium /vitamins taken artificially & its ultimately of no benefit.Of course it helps as a stop gap arrangement when one is suffering from vitamin deficiency.

I am more in favor of natural food and every body should prefer natural food than synthetic food.Synthetic foods are the roots of all types of heath hazard now a days we are coming across.Natural foods easily get digested and metabolized in body and maximum nutrient get absorbed from that but not in case of synthetic food.The nutrients present in synthetic foods are not readily get absorbed and many nutrients excreted without being absorbed.

Hi guy!
Natural foods are actually very good, they retain much vitamines and because it is natural it is less hazardious. I like taking Salad with rice, apple and others.
As for the Synthetic or better call it Industrially processed food; we can do away with them. I will only advice we watch what we eat.

We have cut out as much if not nearly all foods that have been altered and or synthetic. Since doing so we have all lost weight, feel better and become healthier. I had sugar issues for years the less altered foods we eat the better the issues are fading away. We have stopped the early puberty our 7 year old had started going through, thankfully. I have also tried to grow,hunt and make almost everything we can right down to maple syrup.

in my opinion, natural still more better than synthetic. Natural food can give us more nutrients like you said. And the resources for natural food could be found in around of us.
