It akes a lot to take care of a rabbit, I have 1 and have been looking to get him a friend. They need a proper diet, love and attention, plus a safe environemnt. Luckily when I got my guy he had been adopted out numerous times, he was 4 by then, he was fully litter trained, and fixed. But saying this he had been adopted 3 -4 times because of behavioural problems. But over time he has been fine, I think it was because of his past adoptions. I think before getting a rabbit a lot of research needs to be done.

I have a rabbit and I dont think its very hard to take care of him. He gets his daily exercise out of his cage and his daily veggies with pellets and water and daily cuddles. I built his cage myself so its bigger then a regular cage you would get at a pet shop.. some days he doesnt get his daily out of cage exercise but he is happy to be in his cage because its so big (3 levels). I wish my bunny was fixed so i can get another one :)

My ex used to have rabbits and they are much harder to look after than cats, they are not so independent and need a lot of attention. We lost two rabbits, one escaped it's hutch and the other one had heart problems. I didn't like the rabbits inside, one of them was vicious it kept trying to bite me when I went to pick it up to clean the cage. I'd much rather have a cat than a rabbit.

I've never had a pet rabbit because that is one kind of pet that my mother would never let us have when I was younger. So I honestly cannot say whether or not it is more difficult to take care of a rabbit than it is to take care of other types of pets.
With that said, I would assume that since you let your white rabbit go in the back yard she has probably become more like a wild rabbit and the rabbit babies are wild rabbits, so it would be quite difficult for you take care of them in a cage now.

Well I do not think that a bunny is hard to take care of. First you let her exercise some and put her back in her cage, feed her and talk to her if the bunny is alone, we have a bunny girl and she is not bad at all, she doesn't cost much either, but she is not like a dog and a cat, we are waiting in the future to be able to have other animals again.

You are lucky!
Taking care of Rabbit is not easy. I once had three Rabbits, one with brown and white, another black and brown, I can remember the colour of the last one. I could not cope with taking care of them. If I have the opportunity of rearing Rabbits again, I will love to.
Bunnies (Rabbits) I guess symbolize Christmas, so now you have 7 Rabbit meaning a Perfect Christmas. Merry Christmas!
