I have one more party to attend on Jan. 2 and I should be able to concentrate losing all those pounds I have gained from too much eating. I can't skip this party because I have promised my friend who invited me to judge their X'mas numbers. I know that they are having their X'mas party a little too late but I can understand them because they are a beauty salon and they are always busy. Jan. 1 is their anniversary day and they have a unique practice of giving 50% off on all services offer on this day. So the following day, Jan. 2, the parlor closes so they can celebrate their X'mas and anniversary party.
How about you? Do you still have parties to attend?

What happened? It all went so quickly didn't it! And now we are back to normal here with the gym opening times, thankfully, I am a man of routine, and hate having to change my routine. There has definitely been a big influx of people at the gym this year, their new years resolutions no doubt, by the time we get to the end of January it will have emptied out again, this always happens. Hope you are back to your gym routine again my friend!

Yes, the holidays are rough time for weigh gains. But those parties are so much fun. Im sure you are having ball at them. After new years day, just start drinking lots of water and excercise. Youll lose the holiday poulds. Take care there. Happy new years.......

Now that the holidays are over, I have been focusing on exercising and watching what I eat. I had a dessert last night but no more cookies or goodies in the house. I am glad to not be eating as many goodies as I did over the holidays. It was fun to have those treats and go to lots of parties but I enjoy feeling fit after exercising.
My birthday is soon but I think I will have a small dessert to celebrate my birthday. :)
