I got my b12 shot on Friday and I finally have more energy then I've had in the past month. I have to get shots every month to get my levels back where they should be and this is why I'm always tired and have no energy. It feels great to have my energy back though. I did alot of cleaning today and it feels great. Now I will have a clean room and clean bed to sleep in tonight :). Tonight is my bowling league night so with this energy I should hopefully do well at bowling. What do you guys do when you have lots of energy? Do you have issues with your b12 like I do? Happy Mylotting.

I am glad to hear you got your shot and that it gives you this energy. Maybe I should also get such a shot and it would make me feel better. I have severe depression and am always feeling tired and have no energy. I do take a multipe vitamin and I think it helps alittle bit. Bowling sounds like a great outlet for you. I haven't gotten lots of energy in so long. I don't do much. I would like to try this shot but doubt that medicare would pay for it.

They may pay for it I would call insurance company and ask them and if they do then I would consult your doctor about it. My doctor did lab work for me and that's where he found my levels were extremely low and suggested having this shot every month. They also have b12 pills you can take too that you can get at the store. It helps me quite a bit.

I'm rather sure that this shot is not the usual treatment for depression. We'll see though. Yes, I know of the B-Complex. Thanks.

I most certainly have ups and downs with my energy but I usually attribute it to low iron and try to concentrate on eating better foods that are more nutritious for me and that seems to do the trick! My husband tends to notice before I do and he is great about letting me know, nicely, that I am slacking. Good luck on your bowling league! Are there a lot of people that bowl with you?

There's 32 people on my league all together, it's always a good time. My boyfriend always notices when I have no energy too because my moods always change and I'm not talkative like I am when I have energy.

It is so nice to have someone who can see us for what is going on in the moment. I am not sure I would notice as quickly as my husband does, he usually gets at me quickly, and I can come back out of it pretty quickly that way. How long have you been in a bowling league, that sounds fun. Is it really competitive?

Glad to hear you are feeling better, here in mexico they sell those shots at most pharmacies on every corner. I see many get them, so Im sure they work well. How much does a shot like that cost there? Happy new years.
