New Movies you watched/liked over the holidays?

Over my winter break/holiday, I watched Rise of the Guardians and Silver Linings Playbook. Rise of the Guardians is a fun movie that is appealing to people of all ages. I really liked how they portrayed Santa (So much more different than how they usually portray him in other movies! I like the idea of a strong and cool Santa with a Russian accent :D). My favorite character is of course Jack Frost though, who doesn't like having fun? n_n Won't spoil the movie for people who haven't seen it yet so if you ever get the chance to watch it, you should check it out! : D Silver Linings Playbook was a really good movie too! My friends were originally going to watch Les Mis, but plans changed and we all saw this movie instead. The main protagonist of this movie is basically this guy who is trying to get his life back together after going to a mental hospital (because he almost killed the guy who was having physical relations with his wife behind his back). The movie is about him trying to get over the trauma of seeing his wife with another man, and attempting to win his wife back. BUT. . .in the course of the movie he falls in love with another woman (Tiffany, played by the same actress who played Katniss!) who has connections with his wife (His wife had placed a restraining order on him after he beat up the guy she slept with). But this isn't overly apparent until the very end because you think he is still completely in love with his wife, though you can see he is slowly falling in love with her as they work on this their dance for a competition to prove to his wife that he is much more mentally stable. So what did you guys watch and like over the holidays?
