Big Bonuses

What bother me is managers of big companies, get there huge bonuses. There should really be a law against this. It is usually the workers that make up, take care and, make a company money. These managers already make more then enough money, to live an easy life with no worries. While most of us struggle to make ends meat, while making close to min wage. These sicking bonuses are usually what we make in a year, if not double. What should happen is, all the money should get split up. And each employee gets a slice of the cut. Or split all of that money up and, add it on as a raise every year. These people above us don't need all this extra money. I wish something would happen, where these undeserving people, don't get these loads of money anymore.
It must really be nice to have $10,000 plus extra, at Christmas. Especially when they already make $60,000 plus a year. Yet most of us just struggle to have enough for Christmas dinner, for our families.
Anyways that's just my rant for the night. I am sure your everyday people understand, where I am coming from.

Hi :),
Actually, I understand your rant. I also don't agree with this, especially for people who work for the public. I don't understand why they get to have big bonuses while the people who are working in the streets have a small salary and small amount of bonus. That's just unfair, they're already getting the bigger salary, they can atleast give the priviledge to the other workers who have exhausting jobs than they do.

Well yeah for sure. Most of them just sit behind desks anyways. They have no idea how thing really are. I wish more of an undercover boss could happen. Then maybe they would realize, how hard and under paid most of us are. Things would change for sure then.

The higher you go in any company the more money you will make. The managers get their money by telling you what to do and how to do it. When you work for anyone else this is how it is. It's the corporate ladder. If the manager is really lucky they will get a good employee who will do what needs to be done without being told, one who knows what to do and how to do it better than they themselves could do it.
If we want to make more money and get those big bonuses we have to go higher in the corporate ladder. It takes a lot of work and skill and eventually our efforts will be rewarded. Well, I know this doesn't always happen, but that is the way it is suppose to happen. Being passed over for a promotion isn't fair, especially when you've put the time, the work and the energy into your job with your whole heart and really caring about whether or not the company makes it.
It is those of us at the bottom that have to do all the dirty work. We're interacting with the public day in and day out trying to make them happy, so we can make the company profit. Yes, we should be rewarded a little more for all the dirty work we have to do. Even a promotion we deserved instead of giving it to someone else is just rotten apples, but I guess if you give it to the person who complained the most they were the ones making the most noise.
Wow! 10,000.00 extra at Christmas! That's some big bonus that they didn't even have to work for.

Actually the phenomenon you mentioned will happen to all over the world, and this is so normal in our society,so I think we just complain for that will not have any influence unless we are the stockholder of the company.
So just try your best to be a manager,my friend.
